7.3. IKAMVA LABANTU prohibits the establishment of any hyperlinks, frame, metatag or similar reference, whether electronically or otherwise, to this Website by anyone, save with IKAMVA LABANTU’s prior written approval, which approval may be withheld for any reason whatsoever. Breach of this clause 7.3 entitles IKAMVA LABANTU to take legal action without prior notice to you and you shall reimburse IKAMVA LABANTU for the costs related to such legal action on an attorney and own client scale.

11.1. IKAMVA LABANTU reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add to and/or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and without prior notice.

11.2. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted on the Website and you will be deemed to have consented, read and have full knowledge of the amended Terms and Conditions when accessing the Website.

LEGAL CAPACITY

You hereby warrant that you have the required legal capacity to enter into and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) must be assisted by their legal guardians when using the Website.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

13.1. This Website is controlled, operated and administered by IKAMVA LABANTU from its offices as set out on the website. IKAMVA LABANTU makes no representation that the content of the Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations or countries.
